Word Cloud Generator for Google Docs™
Word Cloud Generator is a Google Docs™ add-on that lets users generate a word cloud from the text in the currently open Google Docs™ document.
Google User Data We Access
The app may access text from the currently open Google Docs™ document, the signed-in user's Google account email address or user identifier, and export-credit status for optional high-resolution exports.
The app does not request broad Google Drive™ access and does not browse, list, or access files in the user's Google Drive™.
How We Use Google User Data
Document text is used only to generate the word cloud requested by the user. The user's email address or identifier is used only to associate high-resolution export access or credits with the correct user. Export-credit information is used only to check and record export access.
Word Cloud Generator does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Pixabay Free Images for Google Docs™
Pixabay Free Images for Google Docs™ is a Google Workspace add-on that allows users to search for free images from Pixabay and insert selected images into an open Google Docs™ document.
The add-on adds a menu item in Google Docs™ and opens a sidebar where users can enter a search term, view image results from Pixabay, and insert a selected image at the cursor location in the current document.
The app requests access to the current Google Docs™ document only to insert the image selected by the user. Search terms entered by the user are sent to Pixabay to retrieve matching image results.
The app does not read, store, sell, or share the contents of users' Google Docs™ documents, and it does not use document content for advertising.
Website Analytics
Our website may use Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to understand general website traffic and usage. Analytics data may include cookies, usage data, browser information, and general visitor activity. This analytics data is used to understand and improve the website and is not used to access Google Docs™ content.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
We may use service providers necessary to operate the app, including hosting, database, and payment providers. These providers are used only to support app functionality, such as export-credit verification, backend hosting, and payment processing.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Word Cloud Generator does not store full credit card numbers.
Data Protection
We use reasonable safeguards to protect Google user data, including HTTPS/TLS for data transmitted between the add-on, backend service, and service providers; restricted administrative access; protected environment variables for backend secrets; and third-party payment processing so full payment card details are not stored by Word Cloud Generator.
Data Retention and Deletion
Document text is processed to generate the user-requested word cloud and is not retained for advertising or AI/ML training.
The app may process a word-frequency distribution temporarily as part of generating the requested word cloud. Export-credit, entitlement, and transaction-related records may be retained while a user has an account or as needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Users may request deletion of account-related Word Cloud Generator data by contacting li60support@googlegroups.com. We will delete or de-identify personal data where reasonably possible, unless retention is required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.
User Control
Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account permissions page. If access is revoked, some app features may no longer function.
