These terms apply to learnin60seconds.com applications, including our Google Workspace add-ons. By using an application, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Word Cloud Generator for Google Docs™
Word Cloud Generator is a Google Docs™ add-on that lets users generate a word cloud from the text in the currently open Google Docs™ document.
Pixabay – Free Images for Google Docs™
Basic image search remains free. Pixabay Pro is an optional $4.99 one-time purchase, not a subscription. Pro provides advanced filters, images up to 1280px, and batch insertion of up to five images.
Image availability and use remain subject to the Pixabay Content License and any applicable third-party rights. Users are responsible for confirming that their intended use is permitted.
GTable Calculator
GTable Calculator is a Google Docs™ add-on that allows users to perform calculations on values in selected Google Docs™ table cells. Supported operations include addition, multiplication, average, count, maximum, minimum, and standard deviation. The add-on also includes a regular calculator.
Availability and Payments
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Purchases are processed by Stripe and are subject to any checkout terms shown at purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Third-Party Services and Limitation of Liability
The applications depend on third-party services that may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the applications are provided without warranties, and learnin60seconds.com is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

This policy explains how learnin60seconds.com applications collect, use, share, and retain information.
Leaf: Daily Reading has a separate privacy policy at /leaf/privacy. The Google Workspace disclosures below apply to the products identified in those sections.
Google Workspace product data
Word Cloud Generator: Google User Data
Word Cloud Generator may access text from the currently open Google Docs™ document, the signed-in user's Google account email address or user identifier, and export-credit status for optional high-resolution exports. It does not request broad Google Drive™ access and does not browse, list, or access files in the user's Google Drive™.
Document text is used only to generate the word cloud requested by the user. The user's email address or identifier is used only to associate high-resolution export access or credits with the correct user. Export-credit information is used only to check and record export access.
Word Cloud Generator does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Pixabay – Free Images: Data We Process
Search terms and selected filters are transmitted to our backend and Pixabay to return image results. Search results may be cached temporarily for performance and abuse prevention.
The current Google Docs™ document is accessed only as needed to insert images selected by the user and their source links. The add-on does not browse, list, or access unrelated files in the user's Google Drive™.
Google OpenID identity tokens are transmitted securely to our backend only for Pixabay Pro access verification and restoration. We do not store raw identity tokens, Google email addresses, or Google profile information. We store only a salted hash derived from the verified Google subject identifier to associate Pro access with the purchaser.
GTable Calculator: Google User Data
When the user requests a calculation, GTable Calculator accesses the currently open Google Docs™ document and selected table-cell values only as necessary to perform that calculation and, when requested, insert the result. It may also receive basic Google Account information, such as the user's email address, account identifier, and basic profile information, as permitted through Google's authorization process.
GTable Calculator does not browse, list, or access unrelated files in the user's Google Drive™. Document values are used only for calculations requested by the user. Basic account information is used only as necessary to authorize, operate, secure, or support the add-on.
GTable Calculator does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers or information resellers, or use it to develop, improve, or train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. It does not maintain a separate database containing users' Google Docs™ content or selected table-cell values.
Website, services, and data handling
Website Analytics
Our website may use Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to understand general website traffic and usage. Analytics data may include cookies, usage data, browser information, and general visitor activity. This analytics data is used to understand and improve the website and is not used to access Google Docs™ content.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
Supabase supports database and entitlement storage, Render supports backend hosting, Stripe processes payments, and Pixabay supplies image results. These providers receive information only as needed to perform those services. Google user data is not shared with third parties for their independent use. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users or the service.
Full payment-card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by the add-ons.
Data Protection
We use reasonable safeguards to protect Google user data, including HTTPS/TLS for data transmitted between the add-ons, backend service, and service providers; restricted administrative access; protected environment variables for backend secrets; and third-party payment processing.
Data Retention and Deletion
Document text is processed to generate the user-requested word cloud and is not retained for advertising or AI/ML training.
Word Cloud Generator may process a word-frequency distribution temporarily as part of generating the requested word cloud. Export-credit, entitlement, and transaction-related records may be retained while a user has an account or as needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Entitlement and payment-reference records may be retained for access restoration, accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, and legal compliance.
Users may request deletion by contacting li60support@googlegroups.com. We will delete or de-identify personal data where reasonably possible unless retention is required for security, accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, or legal compliance.
User Control
Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account permissions page. If access is revoked, some app features may no longer function.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
