Overview

Leaf: Daily Reading ("Leaf") is a reading-habit and book-tracking application.

No Account Required

Leaf does not require you to create an account or sign in.

Reading Data

Books added to your library, reading progress, reading sessions, streaks, goals, and related reading activity are stored locally on your device. Leaf does not operate a server that collects this reading-history data.

Book Search

When you choose to search for a book, the search terms you enter are sent over the internet to Open Library so Leaf can retrieve book information and search results. Book cover images may also be retrieved from Open Library's cover service.

Open Library is a third-party service. Its handling of requests, which may include network information such as your IP address, is governed by its own policies. Leaf does not control Open Library's data practices.

Notifications

If you enable reading reminders, Leaf uses Apple's local notification system. You can change notification permission in iOS Settings.

Data Sales and Advertising

Leaf does not sell your personal information and does not contain third-party advertising.

Tracking

Leaf does not use third-party advertising trackers or track you across apps and websites.

Children

Leaf is a general reading application and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as Leaf evolves. When we do, the updated date will be shown on this page.
